This is a simple happy-go lucky page I made of my mom's 60th birthday. Normally I don't use pastels, but I love how they look on other people's pages, so I gave it a shot. Plus my mom's favorite color is baby blue. Hopefully, the pastels work!
Materials: blue polkadot paper by s.e.i, Bazzill Basics Avalanche (white), Neapolitan by Dear Lizzy/American Crafts; the teal paper was from my old stock
